A gentle, grounding practice to help you reconnect with your body and breath.
We move slowly, rest deeply, and create space for stillness — perfect for all levels, including complete beginners.
No pressure, no performance — camera is optional.

Magda Stachura is a passionate yoga teacher dedicated to guiding students on their journey to wellness and self-discovery. Certified through a comprehensive 200-hour training program, Magda specializes in creating dynamic and inclusive yoga experiences that promote strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. With a nurturing and empathetic approach, Magda strives to cultivate a supportive environment where students can thrive both on and off the mat, leaving each class feeling empowered.

 It was my first online yoga class, so I was a little nervous about how it would go, but the atmosphere was so relaxing that I quickly forgot about it! The whole experience was very calming - exactly what my body and mind needed.
