Certified through a comprehensive 200-hour training program, Magda specializes in creating dynamic and inclusive yoga experiences that promote strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. With a nurturing and empathetic approach, Magda strives to cultivate a supportive environment where students can thrive both on and off the mat, leaving each class feeling empowered.
