ABOUT YOUR TEACHER

Magda Stachura is a certified yoga teacher passionate about helping people slow down, reconnect with themselves, and feel more at ease in their bodies.

With a gentle and supportive teaching style, Magda creates welcoming online classes that are accessible to all levels, especially beginners and those looking for a calmer, more balanced approach to movement.

Her classes combine mindful movement, breath, and relaxation to help students reduce stress, build strength and flexibility, and create space for self-care in everyday life.

 It was my first online yoga class, so I was a little nervous,  but the atmosphere was so relaxing that I quickly forgot about it!
The whole experience was very calming.
